Landscape renovations in progress
Posted:Landscape improvements have begun at Courts Plus. The facility’s perimeter landscaping is being refreshed with native plants and low maintenance shrubs that will provide seasonal interest.
This project also includes renovating the outdoor patio near the pool. The area will be replaced with synthetic turf and a more natural-looking retaining wall. Staff is looking forward to this update, which will allow for future programming opportunities in the space.
Annual cleaning and maintenance closures begin July 28

Posted:The Monday, July 28 Noon and 5:30pm BodyPump classes are cancelled due to flooding in the Group-Ex Studio. Check the live schedule for classes moving locations and other updates throughout the week.
Park District's Fall Brochure now available
Posted:Elmhurst Park District's Fall Brochure is now available, featuring Courts Plus programming in tennis, golf, martial arts and fitness. Registration opens Saturday, August 2 at 8 am for Courts Plus members and residents.

Posted:Courts Plus has officially gone solar! On July 9, the Elmhurst Park District and Courts Plus celebrated this exciting milestone with a special “Solarbration” themed Party in the Park.

Sunset Sound Bowl Meditation in the Garden this summer
Posted:Relax and de-stress with a Sunset Sound Bath Meditation in the beautiful Wilder Park Formal Gardens this summer. Registration opens Saturday, May 3.
Yoga in the Garden returns this summer
Posted:(Ages 16 and up) Join us as we take our practice outdoors to the beautiful scenery at the Wilder Park Formal Gardens. Class is held under the wedding tent. This relaxing, non-impact class will leave you feeling exhilarated while calming and clearing your mind!
March 12 facility hours
Posted:Courts Plus will reopen with normal hours and programming on Wednesday, March 12, with the exception of the pool area opening at Noon.
Thank-you for your patience during the March 11 facility shutdown as the new solar panel system was energized and connected to ComEd.

New for 2025 - Pickleball Open Play is FREE for monthly members
Posted:Pack in more playing time in 2025! Pickleball Open Play is FREE to all monthly members beginning January 1, 2025. Open Play is for ages 18 and up and offers two locations for play - Courts Plus and Kies Recreation Center (155 E St Charles Rd).

Community Passes Elmhurst Park District Referendum
Posted:As of November 5, 2024, unofficial results indicate that a majority of Elmhurst Park District voters answered “yes” to the bond referendum request to raise revenue to improve, equip and maintain parks and facilities throughout the District, including replacing the Wagner Community Center; building a community bandshell at Wilder Park; adding permanent, heated restrooms at three parks and along the Prairie Path; and converting a grass field to artificial turf at Berens Park.

Installation of solar panels at Courts Plus currently underway
Posted:As prices of basic energy continue to be more volatile than prices of other commodities, Elmhurst Park District is pleased that a project to install solar panels on the roof of Courts Plus has begun.
