Make Your Move

Courts Plus offers In-Person and Virtual Group Exercise classes. Classes are FREE to members. 

No reservations for indoor group-ex needed except for cycle classes. Reservations required for virtual classes. When registering for classes, your user name is the email at which you receive Courts Plus emails. If you do not remember your password, click “forgot password” to create a new one. All Courts Plus members have an online account.  Class status will  be 'Available' on our registration site if open for registration. An 'Unavailable' status indicates the class is not open for registration yet.  Classes are currently for members only.

Virtual Group Exercise 

Join our Group-Ex team for your favorite Group Exercise online! Registration is required.

Registration will be available 2 hours-4 days prior to class. A Zoom link will be sent an hour before class via email. Only those registered will be permitted into the class. Sign in five minutes before class - signing in late may result in not being admitted into the class. Make sure your screen shows your actual name (ie. Not iPad or iPhone or phone number).

Group Exercise Classes

20 minutes of cardio, 20 minutes of strength, 20 minutes of core (15/15/15 is the 45 minute version of 20/20/20).

Indoor cycling is a low impact cardio endurance workout that will drive your cardiovascular fitness and better muscle endurance.

Get the best of both in this Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga class. First, flow through postures breath to movement creating strength and flexibility, then slow down in Restorative Yoga where you will hold postures for longer periods of time encouraging physical and mental relaxation

High Intensity Interval Training is mixing short bursts of intense work followed by recovery periods. Scorch calories and watch your cardio endurance soar! 

A combination strength training and flexibility training to create long, lean muscles.

Increases strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

Restorative Yoga consists of poses held for anywhere between 2-7 minutes that will gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that surrounds our joints. Restorative Yoga can help to increase circulation, range of motion, flexibility and relieve joint pain over time.

RPM is a group cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. 

Registration is required for this class.

This class combines step and strength into one workout. By doing short circuits of cardio on the step followed by intervals of strength, you will leave feeling like you got an amazing workout.

A fusion style flexibility workout combining Pilates, Yoga and Strength in a flowing sequence.

Dance your way to a fitter you with this hot class. This class incorporates Latin and international rhythms along with dance steps like Salsa, Merengue, Cha Cha, and Samba in a class that is fun and easy to do.
For the active older adult or individuals new to exercise. This class combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations; fun and easy to do.

Using light weights, you will tone your arms, core and lower body during this fun dance inspired workout.
