Group exercise classes will be moved or cancelled throughout the week of July 28, 2025. Check live online or on the app schedule for updates.

Body Pump - Registration required

BodyPump classes will be in the Fitness Studio. Due to the smaller room size, classes are capped at 25 participants and registration will be required.

  • Members can register online at epd.org for BodyPump. Staff are also able to assist with registration over the phone at (630) 833-5064 or in person at the Service Desk.
  • Registration will open online and in person for each class 48 hours before the start of class.
  • Registrants will check in at the Fitness Studio door with staff before class.
  • Registrants must arrive at least 5 minutes before class or they forfeit their spot to someone on the waitlist or waiting in line (registration waitlist will get priority).

Body Combat™ is the empowering cardio workout inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai.
Body Pump™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body.
Get the benefits of yoga without being on the floor! Modified postures include seated and standing positions using the chair for support.

Alternating cardio and strength training gives you the best of both! This class will utilize a variety of equipment.

This low impact class is designed for beginners or those who are coming back to fitness. With some light weights and light cardio no class is ever the same!

High Intensity Interval Training is mixing short bursts of intense work followed by recovery periods. Scorch calories and watch your cardio endurance soar! 

The perfect combo! This Pilates fusion class incorporates Pilates with intervals that will strengthen not only your core but your entire body while increasing mobility and flexibility.

Increases strength and flexibility with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

Restorative Yoga consists of poses held for anywhere between 2-7 minutes that will gently stretch and rehabilitate the connective tissues that surrounds our joints. Restorative Yoga can help to increase circulation, range of motion, flexibility and relieve joint pain over time.

RPM is a group cycling workout where you control the intensity. With great music pumping and the group spinning as one, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding.
