The Winter/Spring Season is 19 weeks; Monday, January 5, 2026 – Sunday, May 17, 2026. There is no PCT on Sunday, April 5, 2026 due to the Courts Plus Easter closure. Please find the timelines below for the 2026 Winter/Spring PCT season.
Important Dates & Deadlines
- November 14, 2025: Due date for response of renewing or discontinuing PCT
- Please contact Tim Clay at tclay@epd.org or call (630) 993-8192.
- November 21, 2025: Contracts generated and sent out to PCT holders.
- December 12, 2025: Full PCT Payment Due. Payment can be made by logging into your online EPD account, at Courts Plus, or over the phone. Please note that after December 12, 2025 all unpaid permanent court time will be released.
- January 5-May 17, 2026: Winter/Spring PCT is 19 weeks.
