Fall Season
The Fall season is 18 weeks; Tuesday, September 1, 2026-Sunday, January 3, 2027. Please note the requirements for the 2026-2027 Courts Plus PCT season:
- $100 Annual PCT administrative fee for each 2026-2027 PCT contract paid by May 22, 2026. $100 fee is per contract, each day is a separate contract. (EXAMPLE if you have PCT on Mondays and Wednesdays, $200 is your annual fee)
- Membership is required throughout the entire PCT season by the primary PCT holder.
Important Dates & Deadlines
- May 22, 2026: Due date for submitting your response regarding PCT renewal and payment of the $100 per contract, annual PCT fee.
- If you intend to discontinue your PCT, please notify via email to tclay@epd.org
- If you wish to maintain your PCT, please email tclay@epd.org and pay the $100 per contract, annual fee at the Courts Plus front desk by May 22, 2026
Failure to respond and pay the $100 per contract, annual fee will result in the loss of PCT.
- June 12, 2026: Contracts generated and sent out to PCT holders.
- July 10, 2026: Full PCT Payment Due. Please make payment in full by July 10, 2026. Payment can be made by logging into your online EPD account, at Courts Plus, or over the phone. Fall 2026 PCT contracts unpaid by July 10 will result in loss of PCT.
- September 1, 2026–January 3, 2027: Fall PCT is 18 weeks.
- No Permanent Court Time during the Fall 2026 season on the following dates:
- Thursday, November 26, 2026 due to Thanksgiving
- Thursday, December 24, 2026 & Friday, December 25, 2026 due to Christmas
- TENNIS ONLY Wednesday, December 30, 2026 due to seasonal tennis court cleaning
- Thursday, December 31, 2026 & Friday, January 1, 2027 due to New Years
- No Permanent Court Time during the Fall 2026 season on the following dates:
