Membership change requests submitted by the 25th of the month will take effect for the following monthly payment. Requests submitted after the 25th will take effect after one more monthly payment and active month of membership have occurred. Removing household members from a membership could result in a remaining member changing to individual monthly rates. You will receive an emailed reply when your request is processed.
