Facility Update – Lower Level Floor Replacement

-October 5-9: New flooring was installed in lower level hallways, Locker Rooms, and Offices.
-October 12-16: Wall patching and painting to be done. Workers will work around members, leaving minimal impact as they move around. Massage will move to Classroom A until further notice. Group-Ex and Fitness Studio flooring to be delivered during this time.

Relax and de-stress as you are bathed by candlelight and sound at the historic Wilder Mansion during Sound Bath at the Mansion on Monday, October 12, 6:30-7:30pm. 

Experience the mental and physical health benefits of live sound meditation as you are guided on a journey in sound and deep listening by Certified Sound Bath and Meditation facilitator Dana Kraszczynski.

Just a reminder that Courts Plus summer hours end August 31. Regular hours at the facility return September 1.

A single blood donation can save up to 3 lives. Please donate and support the lives of the community during our upcoming Blood Drive on Thursday, August 27, 9am-1pm.

• Monday-Friday: 5am - 10pm (pool area closes at 9:30pm)
• Saturday: 7am - 6pm (pool area closes at 5:30pm)
• Sunday: 7am - 4pm (pool area closes at 1pm)
