EVENING UPDATE: Courts Plus will reopen with normal hours and programming on Wednesday, March 12, with the exception of the pool area opening at Noon.
Thank-you for your patience during the March 11 facility shutdown as the new solar panel system was energized and connected to ComEd.
On Tuesday, March 11, Courts Plus will be closed from 8 am to 5 pm as the new solar panel system is energized and connected to ComEd. The pool area will close at 7 am.
All programs, classes and court rentals during the 8 am to 5 pm time frame are cancelled for March 11. If the building is able to reopen early or if it needs to stay closed longer, the Elmhurst Park District's Rainout Line will be utilized to provide that information.
The pool area (pool, sauna, and whirlpool) will remain closed until the following day on March 12. Paid programs and Permanent Court Time will have credits put on their accounts following the shutdown. No morning and afternoon childcare will be available on March 11.
