Jimmy is a Certified Personal Trainer through ISSA and NCSF, and also a Certified Nutrition Coach with ISSA. He enjoys working with all age groups and fitness levels to help them reach their goals. He enjoys all types of activities including strength training, yoga, running, climbing and playing sports. As an athlete himself, he knows how important it is to perform every day. He enjoys helping others increase their fitness level and helping in their everyday performance of life.
